CONFIDENTIAL MATERIALS DESTRUCTION PROGRAM

SECURE FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS

We can provide lockable recycling and shredding containers and lockable wheeled carts that can be placed throughout your office. When the carts are full or on a regularly scheduled basis, our uniformed drivers will pick up the carts and transport them in an enclosed truck to our secure processing facility. Routine surveillance is performed periodically on all drivers, with emphasis on security procedures, scheduled stops and driving habits.

When the carts are received at our Florida Certified Recycling Facility, the carts are unloaded, individually weighed on our Florida Certified scale, manifested and sent to our secure fenced area with locking gates. The area is monitored by internal surveillance cameras and monitored 24 hours per day by electronic security equipment. The grounds are fully lighted.

Our employees are bonded, drug-tested, and screened through Florida law enforcement agencies and are thoroughly and professionally trained to handle all types of confidential information. They carry official company identification at all times. Employee security clearances are reviewed at least bi-annually.

Our pickup services will not interfere with your regular business activities. Schedules are tailored to your requirements and you will know in advance when materials will be picked up. Every driver is required to maintain a detailed activity route log for each stop and pickup made. This report details the client's name, address, time in and out, quantity of the pickup, and any problems they have observed or encountered. These reports are reviewed daily by our operations manager. A confidential material shred receipt is provided and signed by our employee and your representative indicating that the materials being removed are designated for destruction.

CONFIDENTIAL DESTRUCTION GUARANTEE

We guarantee that your materials will be destroyed, usually within 24 hours of pickup. A certificate of destruction will be furnished when you are invoiced. Destruction of confidential information may be witnessed, at your request, for an additional charge.

We will shred and bale all confidential documents that have a recycling market. Shredded papers will be sold only to paper mills for pulping and deinking and manufacturing into new paper.

We will shred, chop, or pulverize all other confidential materials and branded products and, if no recycling market is available, the products will be disposed of in an appropriately licensed landfill. The disposal costs will be included in your destruction charge.

All material shredded or destroyed will be in small fragments that cannot be reconstructed to their original form. We insure all materials will be handled in the most environmentally responsible manner. All recyclable materials will be processed for recycling.
