Front end loader containers
are available in a variety of sizes from 2 to 8
cubic yards to fit your waste disposal needs. Collection is available
daily,
weekly, biweekly, monthly or on-call. Front end loader containers are
appropriate for many different types of businesses including apartments,
convenience stores, gas stations, hotels and motels, office buildings,
print shops, restaurants, retail stores, schools, shopping centers, supermarkets,
trailer parks and warehouses.
Front end loader containers must be placed on solid flat level surfaces with no overhead obstructions or wires. An unblocked ample area in front of the containers must be provided to allow truck access.

Open top roll-off containers
are available in 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes.
Roll off containers can be used for temporary jobs or placed for long-term
permanent use. Collection can be scheduled on a recurring or on-call basis
depending upon the customer needs.
Temporary roll-off containers are appropriate choices for construction and demolition jobs, special events and clean-up projects.
Permanent roll-off containers
are suitable for a variety of businesses including large commercial complexes,
manufacturing facilities, warehouses and other commercial and industrial
applications.

Compactors are available in a variety of sizes and can be designed and fabricated to handle any waste management problem. Compactors can save on waste disposal costs by consolidating waste and reducing pick-ups and are appropriate for customers with large waste volumes. Collection is available on a routine or on-call basis. Compactors are available for lease or purchase.

Southland Waste Systems provides for the transportation and disposal of certain non-hazardous solid and liquid wastes, including asbestos, petroleum contaminated soil, off-spec and out-dated chemicals, cosmetic and food related products, oil/water/latex based paints and inks, industrial process waste, wastewater treatment plant sludge and many other types of waste not listed.
Waste profiles and laboratory
analytical data are typically required prior to
the acceptance of
non-hazardous special waste. Our Special Waste Marketing Representatives
can assist customers with the steps necessary to obtain special waste
approvals.
